I downloaded a program to help me learn a little bit of Albanian before I leave. You can learn along with me:
tungjatjeta- hello
mirëmëngjes- good morning
mirëmbrëma- good evening
natën e mirë- good night
mirupafshim- good bye
and most importantly:
Unë nuk kuptoj- I don't understand (I think I'll be using that one a lot!)

That looks really tough... good luick with it!
It's not that tough. As a Peace Corps volunteer in Albania, these are the phrases you really need:
Ckemi (pronounced ch-kay-mee) means "hello". No one (I repeat *NO ONE*) uses "Tungjatjeta".
Cfare ben (pronounced ch-far-bun) means "What's up?"
Mire (meer) means "Good/well"
Po (poe) means "yes"
Jo (yo) means "no"
